User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement" or "Terms of Service") forms a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Passenger", or "Customer") and Royal Vista Tours & Holidays. This agreement governs your use of our website (https://royalvistatours.in), our booking platforms (including WhatsApp and direct phone communications), and the transportation services we provide.

By accessing our website, initiating a booking request, or boarding any vehicle operated by our network, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms detailed below.

1. Booking Policy & Confirmations

Our cab rental platform is designed for seamless reservation of vehicles for Jaipur airport transfers, local Pink City sightseeing, and outstation trips to destinations across India.

• Reservation Initiation: Submitting a booking request via our website's booking form does not instantly guarantee a vehicle. A booking is only considered "Confirmed" once our dispatch team has reviewed the request, checked vehicle availability, and sent you a confirmation message via WhatsApp or Email.
• Advance Notice: We highly recommend booking outstation cabs (such as trips to Delhi, Agra, or Udaipur) at least 24 hours in advance. For immediate local requirements, please use our direct call service.
• Vehicle Substitution: In the rare event of a mechanical failure prior to your pickup, Royal Vista Tours & Holidays reserves the right to substitute your requested vehicle with another vehicle of the same or higher category at no additional cost to you.

2. Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities

To ensure a safe, hygienic, and premium travel experience for all our customers and chauffeurs, users are strictly required to adhere to the following behavioral guidelines:

• Intoxication & Prohibited Substances: Smoking, consuming alcohol, or carrying illegal substances inside the cab is strictly prohibited. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse boarding or immediately terminate a trip without a refund if a passenger is found violating this rule or behaving aggressively.
• Seating Capacity Limitations: For safety and legal compliance, passengers must not exceed the maximum seating capacity of the booked vehicle (e.g., 4+1 for Sedans, 6+1 for standard SUVs). Infants and children are counted as passengers according to regional transport laws.
• Cleanliness: Passengers are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle's interior. Any excessive soiling, spilling of food/beverages, or damage to the upholstery may result in a cleaning fee added to the final bill.
• Valid Identification: For outstation trips crossing state borders, all adult passengers must carry a valid, government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License) for security checkposts and hotel check-ins.

3. Fare Calculation & Payment Terms

We pride ourselves on a highly transparent billing structure. However, it is the user's responsibility to understand the components of their final invoice:

• Base Fare & Minimum Kilometers: Outstation trips are billed with a minimum chargeable distance (e.g., 250 KM per calendar day). If your actual travel distance is less than the minimum, you will still be billed for the minimum distance.
• Exclusions: The quoted per-kilometer rate exclusively covers the vehicle and the driver's standard fee. It does not include toll plaza taxes, state entry taxes, commercial parking fees, or driver night allowances. These must be paid by the customer during the journey as per physical receipts.
• Payment Settlements: A nominal advance payment may be required to confirm your booking during peak tourist seasons. The remaining balance must be settled in full with the driver upon the completion of the trip. We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), cash, and direct bank transfers.

4. Luggage & Personal Belongings

Passengers are solely responsible for the safety of their luggage and personal items. While our drivers are honest and helpful, Royal Vista Tours & Holidays assumes no liability whatsoever for the loss, theft, or damage of cash, electronics, jewelry, or any other valuable items left behind in the vehicle during or after the trip.

Additionally, please ensure the amount of luggage you plan to carry matches the boot capacity of the vehicle category you have booked. Oversized luggage cannot be carried inside the passenger seating area for safety reasons.
